Terms of payment

If you have decided to spend your holiday in one of our holiday flats and we have confirmed your reservation after your booking enquiry, we will send you a deposit invoice for 15%.

Once payment has been received, the reservation is confirmed and you can start planning your holiday in the Waldviertel. 

2 weeks before your arrival the remaining amount is due for payment. Payment is only possible by bank transfer. 

Cancellation conditions

Please note the following cancellation conditions:

All fees and costs are waived up to 6 weeks before arrival. If a deposit has already been paid, we will of course refund it. 

Up to 1 week before arrival, we retain the deposit in the event of cancellation. After that 50% of the booking amount is due.
